On August 9, 2007, an electrical fire tore through the education wing of this country Lutheran church. The damage required a total interior renovation of both the church sanctuary and the education wing.

TC3 practiced its diligent, detailed and timely project management with a great group of subcontractors and the sanctuary reconstruction was complete in time for Christmas services. The education wing quickly followed and was opened, as scheduled, February 28, 2008.
βIn the rebuilding phase of the project, TC3 continued to be accommodating with any concerns or change orders for improvements that we wanted to see in our church. During this phase as well, Steve Liker (project manager) continued to remain on site daily and was accessible at all times,β said Robert K. Andersen, Bethlehem Lutheran Church building committee member and church council treasurer.

"TC3 held subcontractors in their employment working on this project to a high standard. The work completed was exceptional and met the expectations of our congregation. Upon completion of the project, TC3 continued to remain in contact with us to resolve any problems that may arise as we enjoy our new church,β he added.
Careful attention to detail by TC3 during the reconstruction process helped save $134,000 on the original budget estimate.
