Fire broke out in the afternoon of October 19, 2006 at the 103,000-square-foot Bunn-O-Matic coffee maker manufacturing plant in Creston, Iowa. After notification by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, TC3 was on the scene within 12 hours.
Working with a local ServiceMaster franchise, TC3 acted quickly to restore the assembly plant that produces coffee makers, including all the coffee brewers for Starbucks stores worldwide.
TC3 quickly worked with Bunn executives, Liberty Mutual and sub-contractors to develop a response plan.Within four days, 30 percent of the plant was up and running.

Within seven days, the entire assembly plant was functional. And seven days later, the warehouse was fully operational. Final repairs to the exterior structure were completed within the next 60 days as back-ordered materials arrived on site.
The quick response preserved a loss of business income to the manufacturer in excess of $1 million.
