TC3’s experienced professionals respond within 12 to 24 hours or sooner after a loss from fire, storm, earthquake, tornado, flood or other disasters.
Once onsite, TC3 quickly employs our mitigation management process and comprehensive consulting procedures to reduce the loss and help the building owner move forward quickly.
TC3 begins by assessing the situation by:
- Ensuring site safety and security to avoid injury and further property loss;
- Conducting a thorough engineering review and hazardous material survey to avoid additional loss and ensure that any work can be done safely and efficiently;
- Providing active fire, water, and smoke mitigation management;
- Documenting and managing inventory, including removal to an approved safe and secure offsite location;
- Developing an accurate and detailed scope of loss including;
- Site photos
- Diagrams
- Architectural drawings
- Engineering reports
- Reviewing the affect(s) of code upgrade applications on the reconstruction process and the code upgrade affects on costing;
- Producing a detailed estimate of repairs.

Construction – CAN - begin immediately, through our proven construction management plan, you can count onTC3 to:

- Obtain all necessary permits and work with regulatory agencies on code compliance;
- Provide a full time, on site supervision to pre qualify and manage local sub contractors;
- Order and expedite delivery of materials;
- Perform quality control and assurance on all materials and construction services;

- Conduct thorough post construction inspection to ensure owner satisfaction;
